The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency has issued a statewide Air Quality Advisory for the entire state of Ohio as smoke from Canadian wildfires continues to adversely impact air quality.
Pollutants across the state are expected to range from the 'Unhealthy For Sensitive Groups' category in the southwest part of the state to the 'Unhealthy' category in the rest of the state. Hourly concentrations at times may reach the 'Very Unhealthy' to 'Hazardous' categories.
It is recommended, when possible, to avoid strenuous outdoor activities, especially those with heart disease and respiratory conditions like asthma. Watch for symptoms including wheezing, coughing, chest tightness, dizziness, or burning in the nose, throat, and eyes.

Jane Case
Jane A. (Lautzenheiser) Case, 66, Bluffton, Ind., passed away at 4:50 p.m. Feb. 23, 2015, at River Terrace Estates, Bluffton.
Jane was born Aug. 4, 1948, in Bluffton, to William N. and Rose A. (Wahman) Lautzenheiser. On April 20, 1970, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Bluffton, she married Jerry L. Case, who survives in Bluffton.
Also surviving are their children, Jennifer (Scott) Gilliam, Bluffton, Luke (Kim) Case, Ossian, Ind., and Andrea (Cory) Mann, Auburn, Ind.; five grandchildren, Katherine "Kate" Runyon and Veronica "Roni" Runyon, Bluffton, William "Will" Case and Addison "Addy" Case, Ossian, and Elizabeth "Libby" Mann and granddaughter "Baby Mann" arriving soon, Auburn; a brother, Michael (Deb) Lautzenheiser, Bluffton; and many nieces and nephews.
She was a 1966 graduate of Bluffton High School and a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, where she was active in the St. Joseph Women's Group and the PSI IOX Sorority. Jane was an avid reader and enjoyed knitting and crocheting and loved to fish, camp and travel with her family. She was a member of the Citizen's Against Drug Abuse.
A Mass of Christian Burial is 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Bluffton, Fr. Steve Colchin officiating. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery, Bluffton.
Calling is 5-8 p.m. Thursday and 2-8 p.m. Friday at Thoma/Rich, Lemler Funeral Home, Bluffton, and 9-10 a.m. Saturday at the church. A rosary service is 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
