The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency has issued a statewide Air Quality Advisory for the entire state of Ohio as smoke from Canadian wildfires continues to adversely impact air quality.
Pollutants across the state are expected to range from the 'Unhealthy For Sensitive Groups' category in the southwest part of the state to the 'Unhealthy' category in the rest of the state. Hourly concentrations at times may reach the 'Very Unhealthy' to 'Hazardous' categories.
It is recommended, when possible, to avoid strenuous outdoor activities, especially those with heart disease and respiratory conditions like asthma. Watch for symptoms including wheezing, coughing, chest tightness, dizziness, or burning in the nose, throat, and eyes.

Ervin Okeley
Ervin L. Okeley, age 68, of Celina, passed away Thursday, November 3, 2016 at his residence.
He was born October 28, 1948 in Decatur, IN. His Father, Robert Dale Okeley, is deceased. His Mother, Carol Butler Lacy, survives in Celina.
Ervin is also survived by the Mother of his Children, Linda Okeley of Troy, a Son & Daughter: William Okeley and Cheri Okeley, both of Wapakoneta, 5 Grandchildren: Alyssa, Amber & Austin Okeley, and Kyle & Shane Okeley, with whom Ervin resided, a Great Granddaughter, Maci Leann Storer, and 2 Brothers and a Sister: Dean (Carol) Longs-worth, Roy Longsworth, and Phyliss Dabe, all of Celina, and Special Friends, Kenny & Lorretta Browder.
He was preceded in death by a Cousin, Junior Butler. 
Ervin had attended Celina High School. He volunteered for the U.S. Army in 1966, and served with the 523rd Engineering Company until 1969. While in the service, he earned his GED diploma. He was a member of Celina American Legion Post #210 and V.F.W. Post #5713. 
For many years, Ervin worked at the Copeland Corporation in Sidney, where he served as a Union Representative. Later, he worked at Celina Music Company, where he enjoyed repairing a variety of game machines.
Ervin loved animals, nature, and flowers, and tending his outdoor menagerie of squirrels and birds.   
A huge Rock & Roll Fan, Ervin especially enjoyed music from the 1950's-1980's.He had a large collection of musical recordings, and spent many hours on the computer exploring Facebook. Ervin was well-loved by his family and friends, and will be missed.
Visitation will be held at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home in Celina, from 2:00-4:00 P.M. on Monday, November 7, followed by the Funeral Service beginning at 4:00. Dave Reed will officiate.
After Services, Military Rites will be conducted at the Funeral Home by members of Celina American Legion Post #210 and V.F.W. Post #5713.
Memorial Contributions may be made for Veterans Services or to The Cancer Association of Mercer County.
