The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency has issued a statewide Air Quality Advisory for the entire state of Ohio as smoke from Canadian wildfires continues to adversely impact air quality.
Pollutants across the state are expected to range from the 'Unhealthy For Sensitive Groups' category in the southwest part of the state to the 'Unhealthy' category in the rest of the state. Hourly concentrations at times may reach the 'Very Unhealthy' to 'Hazardous' categories.
It is recommended, when possible, to avoid strenuous outdoor activities, especially those with heart disease and respiratory conditions like asthma. Watch for symptoms including wheezing, coughing, chest tightness, dizziness, or burning in the nose, throat, and eyes.

Marita Uhlenhake
Marita A. Uhlenhake, of Celina, Ohio, age 90, Died on Saturday, Dec. 23, 2018 at the Celina Manor.
She was born on July 4, 1928, in Coldwater, Ohio to the late Urban and Cleopha (Stelzer) Hoyng. She Married Lawrence (Lefty) Uhlenhake on September 24, 1949, who died June 11, 1977.
Surviving are her children Carol (Larry) Knapke, Littleton, Colorado, Bob (Elaine) Uhlenhake, St. Henry, and her daughter-in-law Karen Uhlenhake, Celina. Six grandchildren, Jeremy (Dee) Uhlenhake, Kyle (Shalan) Knapke, Tyson (Heather) Knapke, Amber (Scott) LaGuire, Ashley (Brent) Homan, Taylor (Jess) Uhlenhake and 13 great-grandchildren. Brother Gerald Hoyng, two sisters-in-law Dorothy Hoyng, Dolores Kuhn both of Celina.
Marita was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son Don Uhlenhake, brothers Ralph (Ruth) Hoyng, Ronald Hoyng, Louis Hoyng, sisters Germaine (John) Marra, Mainie Hoyng, Mary Lou Hoyng and her brother-in-law Joe Kuhn.
She was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Celina, The Ladies Auxiliary and Altar Rosary Sodality. She retired from the Mercer County Courthouse, Probate Juvenile Division, in December of 1990. Marita loved to read and spend time with her family and friends.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 29, 2018 at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Celina, with Fr. Kenneth Schnipke C.PP.S. officiating. Burial will follow in the St. Marys Catholic Cemetery in Celina.
Friends may call from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 28, 2018 and from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. on Saturday morning at the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Immaculate Conception Endowment Fund, 229 W. Anthony St. Celina, Ohio or State of the Heart Hospice, 230 W. Main St. Coldwater, Ohio 45828.
