The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency has issued a statewide Air Quality Advisory for the entire state of Ohio as smoke from Canadian wildfires continues to adversely impact air quality.
Pollutants across the state are expected to range from the 'Unhealthy For Sensitive Groups' category in the southwest part of the state to the 'Unhealthy' category in the rest of the state. Hourly concentrations at times may reach the 'Very Unhealthy' to 'Hazardous' categories.
It is recommended, when possible, to avoid strenuous outdoor activities, especially those with heart disease and respiratory conditions like asthma. Watch for symptoms including wheezing, coughing, chest tightness, dizziness, or burning in the nose, throat, and eyes.

Guadalupe Posada
Guadalupe "Lupe" G. Posada, age 69, of Celina, Ohio, passed away at Mercy Health-St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima at 3:58 pm on September 4, 2019.
She was born March 24, 1950 to the late Gregorio and Adela (Morales) Posada.
Surviving is her son, Ben (Jennifer) Posada, Celina; three brothers, John Posada, Sidney, Steve (Vicki) Posada, Celina, and Javier (Sue) Posada, Celina; a sister, Rosemary (Ron) Miller, Wapakoneta; and seven grandchildren, Tessa, Gabriella, Antonia, Selena, Alexander, Quintin, and Mason.
She was also preceded in death by a sister, Leticia Sharpe.
Lupe was a 1969 graduate from I.C. High School in Celina and went on to attend Sinclair Community College in Dayton. She retired as the office manager from WIC Nutritional Program in Celina after 42 years of service. She also worked for many years at Casa Rodriguez in Celina.
Lupe was a member of the Immaculate Conception Church in Celina. She was very active person and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She will be deeply missed.
Funeral services will be at 6:00 pm Wednesday, September 11, 2019 at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina; where the family will receive friends from 2:00 pm-6:00 pm prior to the services at the funeral home. Private graveside service will be held at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to the family to help with funeral costs.
