The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency has issued a statewide Air Quality Advisory for the entire state of Ohio as smoke from Canadian wildfires continues to adversely impact air quality.
Pollutants across the state are expected to range from the 'Unhealthy For Sensitive Groups' category in the southwest part of the state to the 'Unhealthy' category in the rest of the state. Hourly concentrations at times may reach the 'Very Unhealthy' to 'Hazardous' categories.
It is recommended, when possible, to avoid strenuous outdoor activities, especially those with heart disease and respiratory conditions like asthma. Watch for symptoms including wheezing, coughing, chest tightness, dizziness, or burning in the nose, throat, and eyes.

Marjorie Wehrman
Marjorie M. Wehrman, age 84 of Minster, Ohio, died on November 30, 2022 at her home in Minster, Ohio.
She was born on June 22, 1938 in Burkettsville, Ohio to the late Walter J. & Alberta V. (Meyer) Hemmelgarn. She married Eugene Wehrman on September 4, 1957 in St. Bernard Church, Burkettsville and he survives in Minster.
She is also survived by children: Ben & Ann Wehrman, Minster, Sandy & Terry Mathewson, Rockford, Carol Albers "Prenger" & Terry Prenger, Minster, Pam & David Seger, Ft. Loramie, 9 grandchildren, 3 step grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, 4 step great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild, 1 step great great grandchild, brother: Roman & Marceil Hemmelgarn, Burkettsville and sister-in-law Kathleen & Ralph Fullenkamp, Ft. Recovery.
She was preceded in death by her parents, brother Walter Hemmelgarn and numerous brothers-in-law & sisters-in-law.
Marjorie was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Egypt and a former president of the Ladies Sodality of the church. She was employed by Huffy in Celina from 1978 to 1998 and at Minster School from 1998- 2006.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:00 AM Monday, December 5, 2022 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Egypt with burial to follow in St. Joseph Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Minster on Sunday, December 4, 2022 from 3 to 6 PM and from 9 to 9:30 AM on Monday.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Minster Area Life Squad.
