The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency has issued a statewide Air Quality Advisory for the entire state of Ohio as smoke from Canadian wildfires continues to adversely impact air quality. Pollutants across the state are expected to range from the 'Unhealthy For Sensitive Groups' category in the southwest part of the state to the 'Unhealthy' category in the rest of the state. Hourly concentrations at times may reach the 'Very Unhealthy' to 'Hazardous' categories. It is recommended, when possible, to avoid strenuous outdoor activities, especially those with heart disease and respiratory conditions like asthma. Watch for symptoms including wheezing, coughing, chest tightness, dizziness, or burning in the nose, throat, and eyes. Celina wins first WBL girls tennis title since 2012

Celina did the major work en route to winning an outright Western Buckeye League girls tennis title through the season in going 9-0 in dual matches and in the first day of the league tournament last Thursday.
Saturday, the Bulldogs claimed the benefits, wining the league tournament and capturing the overall title after a long day due to the weather preventing outside play at the University of Northwestern. Matches were moved indoors to Westwood Tennis Club in Lima. [More]
Police say camera shows man starting fire he later reported
CELINA - Police arrested a Celina man Saturday who reported a fire at his own residence to them, then was shown on surveillance camera starting the fire himself near the home's front door, per a press release from Celina Police Chief Tom Wale.
