The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency has issued a statewide Air Quality Advisory for the entire state of Ohio as smoke from Canadian wildfires continues to adversely impact air quality.
Pollutants across the state are expected to range from the 'Unhealthy For Sensitive Groups' category in the southwest part of the state to the 'Unhealthy' category in the rest of the state. Hourly concentrations at times may reach the 'Very Unhealthy' to 'Hazardous' categories.
It is recommended, when possible, to avoid strenuous outdoor activities, especially those with heart disease and respiratory conditions like asthma. Watch for symptoms including wheezing, coughing, chest tightness, dizziness, or burning in the nose, throat, and eyes.

Gail Rutschilling
Gail M. Rutschilling, 49, 309 E. College St., Coldwater, died Sept. 1, 2006, at Mercer County Community Hospital, Coldwater. Death was due to natural causes.
She was born June 23, 1957, in Mercer County, to Wiro Eugene and Illa June Hocfbaum Klosterman. On Nov. 1, 1980, she married Dale L. Rutschilling, who survives.
Also surviving are a son, Jamey, Oxford; a daughter, Danielle, Coldwater; five brothers, Michael, Jon, Daniel (Luwanna), David and Patrick, all of Celina; and four sisters, Kathie (Richard) Stachler, Celina, Deborah Klosterman, Burlington, Wash., Lisa (David) Graham, Xenia, and Cynthia (Phillip) Schlotterer, Celina.
She worked at Relizon Co., Coldwater. She was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Coldwater, and Women of the Moose, Celina.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church, the Rev. Ronald Wilker officiating. Burial is at the church cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. today and 9-10 a.m. Wednesday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
