The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency has issued a statewide Air Quality Advisory for the entire state of Ohio as smoke from Canadian wildfires continues to adversely impact air quality.
Pollutants across the state are expected to range from the 'Unhealthy For Sensitive Groups' category in the southwest part of the state to the 'Unhealthy' category in the rest of the state. Hourly concentrations at times may reach the 'Very Unhealthy' to 'Hazardous' categories.
It is recommended, when possible, to avoid strenuous outdoor activities, especially those with heart disease and respiratory conditions like asthma. Watch for symptoms including wheezing, coughing, chest tightness, dizziness, or burning in the nose, throat, and eyes.

Ted Trobridge
Ted D. Trobridge, 62, Union City, died Jan. 31, 2011, at his home.
He was born Feb. 29, 1948, in Union City, Ind., to William Glen and Mildred Blanche Davis Trobridge. On Oct. 15, 1996, he married Gilda Dennis, who survives.
Also surviving is a son, Jeff Trobridge, Union City; two daughters, Kim Shepherd, Greenville, Connie (Kris) Steinbrecher, Cincinnati; a stepson, Vincent (Lee) Brummette, Van Wert; a brother, Rex (Rona) Trobridge, Costa Mesa, Calif.; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a brother, Max Trobridge.
He graduated from Mississinawa Valley High School. He worked for New Idea in Coldwater for 14 years and was a farmer for Cooper Farms in Fort Recovery for five years.
Funeral services are 11 a.m. Friday at Williamson and Spencer Funeral Home in Portland, Ind., the Rev. Steve Arnold officiating. Burial is at Pearl Cemetery in Swanders.
Calling is 2-7 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
