The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency has issued a statewide Air Quality Advisory for the entire state of Ohio as smoke from Canadian wildfires continues to adversely impact air quality.
Pollutants across the state are expected to range from the 'Unhealthy For Sensitive Groups' category in the southwest part of the state to the 'Unhealthy' category in the rest of the state. Hourly concentrations at times may reach the 'Very Unhealthy' to 'Hazardous' categories.
It is recommended, when possible, to avoid strenuous outdoor activities, especially those with heart disease and respiratory conditions like asthma. Watch for symptoms including wheezing, coughing, chest tightness, dizziness, or burning in the nose, throat, and eyes.

Nancy Hendricks
Nancy Ruth Hendricks, 71, Celina, died Oct. 22, 2012, at her home.
She was born June 26, 1941, in St. Marys, to James S. and Alma C. Lehman Casperson. On July 14, 1961, she married Louis Hendricks, who died April 22, 1990.
Surviving are a son, Louie (Lori) Hendricks, Tenn.; three daughters, Lucille Hendricks, Lou Ann Mullholand and Lisa (Rick) Crouch, all of Celina; two sisters, Kate Yaney, Celina, and Gloria Mason, Marion; two step-brothers, Jim Spicer and Tony Spicer, both of Celina; 11 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren; and seven stepgrandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Christina Casperson, and two sisters, Mary Maregam and Betty Grace.
She attended Bunker Hill School in St. Marys and was a member of Celina Eagles Lodge #1291. She worked as a nursing assistant for 11 years at Celina Manor. She was also a daycare provider.
Funeral services are 2 p.m. Thursday at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Clifford Rice officiating. Burial will follow at Mercer Memory Gardens, Celina.
Calling is 12-2 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
