The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency has issued a statewide Air Quality Advisory for the entire state of Ohio as smoke from Canadian wildfires continues to adversely impact air quality.
Pollutants across the state are expected to range from the 'Unhealthy For Sensitive Groups' category in the southwest part of the state to the 'Unhealthy' category in the rest of the state. Hourly concentrations at times may reach the 'Very Unhealthy' to 'Hazardous' categories.
It is recommended, when possible, to avoid strenuous outdoor activities, especially those with heart disease and respiratory conditions like asthma. Watch for symptoms including wheezing, coughing, chest tightness, dizziness, or burning in the nose, throat, and eyes.

Richard Lange
Richard Henry "Dick" Lange, 53, Celina, passed away at 7:24 p.m. Feb. 16, 2015, at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton. 
He was born March 15, 1961, in Celina, to Donald Sr. and Elizabeth "Betty" (Huber) Lange. His mother is deceased. On Dec. 13, 1983, he married Penny Levi, who survives in Celina. 
Also surviving are two sons, Chad Lange and Aron Lange; two daughters and sons-in-law, Tara and Scott Banks, and Amber and Sam Slater; 11 grandchildren; a brother, Donald William "Bill" Jr. and Connie Lange; sisters and brother-in-law, Brenda Kline, Celina, and Diane Ginter and Richard Perin, Lake City, Mich. 
Deceased are a granddaughter, Khiley P. Lange; infant brother, Roger Lange; sisters and brothers-in-law, Rosie and Ted Steffen, Sharon and Larry Hicks, and Delores Anderson; and two infant sisters, Debbie Lange and Doris  Lange.   
He graduated from Celina High School with the class of 1978. Following high school he served his country in the United States Navy until 1982. He was employed at CAPT in Celina as a die service technician. 
Services are 10:30 a.m. Friday at New Life Apostolic Church, Celina, the Rev. Simon Young officiating.  Burial will follow at Swamp College Cemetery, Celina, with military honors provided by the Celina American Legion Post 210 and Celina VFW Post 5713. 
Friends may call from 3-8 p.m. Thursday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina, and after 9:30 a.m. Friday at the church.
