The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency has issued a statewide Air Quality Advisory for the entire state of Ohio as smoke from Canadian wildfires continues to adversely impact air quality.
Pollutants across the state are expected to range from the 'Unhealthy For Sensitive Groups' category in the southwest part of the state to the 'Unhealthy' category in the rest of the state. Hourly concentrations at times may reach the 'Very Unhealthy' to 'Hazardous' categories.
It is recommended, when possible, to avoid strenuous outdoor activities, especially those with heart disease and respiratory conditions like asthma. Watch for symptoms including wheezing, coughing, chest tightness, dizziness, or burning in the nose, throat, and eyes.

Robert Weitzel
Robert L. Weitzel, 85, Coldwater, died on Feb. 17, 2015, at Heritage Manor, Minster.
He was born Oct. 20, 1929, in Coldwater, to the late Chris and Rose (Weigel) Weitzel. He was married to Dorothy Seger, who died Sept. 13, 2004.
Surviving are five children, Cindy Evers, Coldwater, Connie and Larry Kessler, Fairfield, Tim Weitzel, Troy, Kim Stelzer, Coldwater, and Chris and Barb Weitzel, West Chester; 13 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; a sister, Alice Hein, Cincinnati; and a sister-in-law, Lois and Don Brown, Greenville.
Also deceased are a son, Brad, and siblings and in-laws, Luella and Urban Wuebker, Kate and Willy Homan, Bill Weitzel and Dennis Hein.
He was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Coldwater, Coldwater Knights of Columbus, Coldwater American Legion and VFW Posts. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army Air Corps. He retired from AVCO New Idea, Coldwater, and worked at True Value Hardware, Troy.
He enjoyed playing cards and his family.
Mass of Christian burial is 1 p.m. Saturday at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Coldwater. Burial with military rites will follow at St. Elizabeth Cemetery, Coldwater.
Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. Friday and noon-12:30 p.m. Saturday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to State of the Heart Hospice.
