The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency has issued a statewide Air Quality Advisory for the entire state of Ohio as smoke from Canadian wildfires continues to adversely impact air quality.
Pollutants across the state are expected to range from the 'Unhealthy For Sensitive Groups' category in the southwest part of the state to the 'Unhealthy' category in the rest of the state. Hourly concentrations at times may reach the 'Very Unhealthy' to 'Hazardous' categories.
It is recommended, when possible, to avoid strenuous outdoor activities, especially those with heart disease and respiratory conditions like asthma. Watch for symptoms including wheezing, coughing, chest tightness, dizziness, or burning in the nose, throat, and eyes.

William Henning
William C. Henning, 79, 513 Webb St., St. Marys, died at 3:42 a.m. March 30, 2010, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital in St. Marys.
He was born March 6, 1931, in St. Marys, to Harvey and Louise Horn Henning. On Nov. 15, 1951, he married Marilyn J. Lee, who survives.
Also surviving are two daughters, Karen (Leroy) Keith, St. Marys, and Kimberly (Joel) Hirt, Genoa; two sons, Michael (Mary) Henning, Sandusky, and Mark (Sarah) Henning, Pinckey, Mich.; a brother, Harvey Henning Jr., of Florida; a sister, Martha Nagel, St. Marys; nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Deceased are three brothers, Edwin, Herbert and Eugene Henning.
He worked for Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co., St. Marys, for 42 years as a draftsman. He was a 1949 graduate of St. Marys Memorial High School and a charter member of the Auglaize County Buzzard Baiters Club, where he built, flew and repaired his own planes. He also was a member of the St. Marys Eagles Lodge and attended the Wayne Street United Methodist Church.
Services are 4 p.m. Saturday at the Miller Funeral Home in St. Marys, the Rev. Jon Kraner officiating. Burial will be at a later date.
Calling is 5-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
